  • I've purchased a tickets. Can I change the date or switch to a different movie?
    We understand that plans can change. However, to maintain the high-quality and immersive cinematic and culinary experiences you expect from Movie Thyme, we are unable to modify ticket dates or transfer tickets to different movies once they have been purchased. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with an unforgettable fusion of food and film.
  • How much are your tickets?
    Ticket prices can vary depending on the film and venue, but we promise it's worth every penny!
  • Can I transfer my Movie Thyme ticket to someone else?
    At this time, we do not permit ticket transfers. This policy is designed to ensure a fair purchasing experience for all our guests and to prevent potential scalping or reselling of tickets. Additionally, maintaining a curated guest list allows us to deliver the personalized, high-quality service that Movie Thyme is renowned for. We recognize that plans can change unexpectedly and appreciate your understanding of our policy. If you have any questions about booking, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
  • There are no tickets available on the release day
    We get it! Tickets sell fast! But don’t give up—join the waiting lists, or better yet, become a movie Thyme member and get first dibs on tickets!
  • Can I buy tickets from a reseller?
    Nope. We prioritize authenticity and aim to prevent scalpers. Please be cautious of anyone attempting to resell a ticket.
  • I missed out on tickets for my favorite film. Will you do it again?
    We prioritize providing what our audience wants. Rest assured, we will be reintroducing the fan favorites for another exciting round of cinematic and culinary delights. Just join as a member to vote for new films!
  • How can I upgrade from mocktails to cocktails?
    All tickets come with 2 alcohol-free drinks (mocktails). You can upgrade from mocktails to cocktails when purchasing your tickets.
  • How do I purchase a ticket?
    Click the button below to reserve your spot at our upcoming event. Act quickly—our events tend to sell out fast! To stay ahead of the game, consider signing up for our mailing list at the bottom of each webpage. Even better, become a Movie Thyme member to enjoy priority access to tickets!
  • Both tickets say my name.
    No need to worry, the tickets go under the name of the person who books the tickets.
  • When do tickets go on sale?
    Tickets are released 3-4 weeks prior to events. Want to get early access? Movie Thyme Members have the first opportunity to purchase tickets, followed by our mailing list subscribers!
  • Can you contact me when someone cancels so I can grab a ticket?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to provide notifications for individual cancellations, as our tickets are non-refundable. However, we encourage you to sign up for our mailing list to stay updated on new releases. Even better, become a Movie Thyme Member to enjoy priority access to tickets!
  • When are you dropping more dates?
    If we drop any new ticket dates, Movie Thyme members will receive priority access first, followed by our mailing list subscribers. Just a friendly reminder—our events tend to sell out very quickly!
  • I booked tickets separately, please can you group us together.
    We will automatically group your booking if you booked the tickets under the same name, if you didn’t we will need to change the bookings to the same name, please contact us.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
  • Can I get onto a waitlist?
    While we don't have a waitlist for events at the moment, we are working on adding this feature to the website. You can stay informed about our upcoming events by signing up for email updates at the bottom of our webpages or by becoming a Movie Thyme member.
  • When are menus for Movie Thyme experiences published?
    Menus go live when tickets for each film go on sale.
  • What time should I arrive for my screening?
    Each event has a start time. Please arrive at the designated time listed on the event, as the film typically begins 30 minutes afterward. Arriving early allows you to secure a seat and enjoy music, unlimited popcorn, and trivia while you get ready for the show!
  • What should I expect from a Movie Thyme event?
    Imagine this: You buy tickets to the films we are screening and arrive at our event to find limitless popcorn and engaging trivia waiting for you! Indulge in a curated menu featuring specially selected drinks, all inspired by iconic scenes from the films, served at the precise moment those scenes unfold. Watch it... See it... Eat it! Sounds incredible, doesn’t it?
  • Can kids join in on the fun at Movie Thyme events?
    Absolutely! We adore young movie enthusiasts. We do ask for parental discretion to ensure the film is suitable for your child. Children aged 3 and under can attend for free, but please note that we do not provide a meal for them as our menu is pre-fixed. Currently, we don’t offer specific kids' options, but stay tuned—exciting plans for our younger guests are in the works! We aim to create an atmosphere where everyone can fully enjoy the unique blend of cinema and cuisine that defines our events. If you feel that your little one might find the event a bit lengthy or may disturb the enjoyment of other guests, we kindly suggest arranging alternative plans for them for the evening. Our goal is to make Movie Thyme an inclusive, family-friendly experience where movie lovers and food fans of all ages can enjoy the festivities. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the magical ambiance that sets us apart!
  • What's the dress code?
    We want our guests to feel at ease, so casual attire is usually appropriate for most screenings. However, you’re welcome to dress up in your favorite costume to get into the movie spirit—immersion is essential!
  • What should I bring?
    If you’re a Movie Thyme Member, make sure to bring your Movie Thyme tumbler to enjoy your Pre-Show Mocktail and receive a film sticker to add to it. If you are a Director Circle Member, your VIP lanyard for your photo package. For other guests, don’t forget to bring your ticket and a photo ID that matches the ticket holder's name, and of course, come with a hearty appetite for delicious food and fantastic movies!
  • Can I get onto a waitlist?
    While we don't have a waitlist for events at the moment, we are working on adding this feature to the website. You can stay informed about our upcoming events by signing up for email updates at the bottom of our webpages or by becoming a Movie Thyme member.
  • I need to cancel my ticket.
    Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds, but if you cancel, we’ll try to sell your spot to the waiting list. If it sells, we’ll work out a refund for you.
  • Can we transfer our tickets to a different movie?
    No can do. Transfers are only available within the same film event dates.
  • We can’t attend the event. Can we switch to another date?
    Possibly. If there is availability and you’re not making a last-minute cancellation, we will do our best to transfer your tickets.
  • My train is cancelled/Stuck in traffic/I cant attend for some reason and the event is today.
    We’ve been there and understand but unfortunately, we won’t be able to refund you.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Sorry, no refunds. Once you’re in, you’re in.
  • Can you accommodate food allergies?
    Our menus are pre-fixed, so we cannot customize them for specific allergies. However, we encourage you to list any allergies during the purchase process, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • Can I just drop by for the food?
    While we would love to have you with us, we only serve up our menus during ticketed events.
  • Do you do alcohol-free drinks?
    All tickets come with 2 alcohol-free drinks. You can upgrade from mocktails to cocktails when purchasing your tickets.
  • We don’t like a particular course. Can we swap it out?
    Sorry, no. Since our menus consist of several courses, if you don't like one item, you’ll still have plenty of other options to enjoy!
  • What's on the menu?
    While we do provide menus for each film, we also enjoy surprising our guests! If you need to know what's on the menu, feel free to check them out. However, if you're able to resist peeking, get ready to be thrilled and wowed!
  • Are the drinks cocktails or mocktails?
    Drinks included in tickets are mocktails. All tickets come with 2 alcohol-free drinks. You can upgrade from mocktails to cocktails when purchasing your tickets.
  • Can we swap an item from one menu to another?
    No, each event features a pre-fixed menu, and unfortunately, menu swaps are not allowed.
  • Do you offer Gluten-Free, Vegetarian or Vegan options?
    We do provide gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options for select films. If these options are available, they will be indicated on the ticketing site and can be available for purchase at checkout.
  • I don’t like the food on the menu but love the film. Can I get something else?
    Food is an important part of the Movie Thyme experience. If this particular menu isn’t to your liking, we’re confident you’ll find another upcoming menu or film that will suit your taste!
  • Do accommodate Halal or Kosher?
    Not at the moment, sorry! However, our gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan menus for select films are exceptional, and we encourage you to check them out—they're bound to satisfy! We also offer non-alcoholic options!
  • Do you play films with Closed Captions?
    Yes. We have recently started screening with Close Caption and our guest are very thankful!
  • Do you offer carer tickets?
    Unfortunately, we don’t offer carer tickets.
  • Are your venues wheelchair accessible?
    Accessibility varies by venue. If you’re in a wheelchair or need specific mobility support, Contact us before booking so we can make sure everything’s is available you.
  • Do you sell Gift Vouchers/Cards?
    2025 gift cards are available now! Grab one for a friend of family member!
  • Do you collaborate with influencers?
    Absolutely! We enjoy collaborating with influencers to share this experiences and spread the word. If you're interested in partnering with us, please reach out!
  • Do you host private events?
    Absolutely! Contact and send us the details!
  • Do you do franchises?

  • Any other locations coming?
